Orders & Freshness
All treats are baked fresh to order. We reserve the right to cancel if ingredients are unavailable.
Delivery Policy
We deliver within Accra and Kumasi. Please ensure someone is available to receive your fresh treats.
No-Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our food, we cannot accept returns once an order is delivered.
By accessing and placing an order with Narogi Treats, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms of service contained in the sections below.
Order Acceptance
All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. Since our products are handcrafted and perishable, Narogi Treats reserves the right to decline or cancel any order due to ingredient shortages or kitchen capacity. If we cancel an order after payment, a full refund will be processed immediately via Paystack.
Payment Terms
Payments are processed securely through Paystack. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and all major Mobile Money networks (MTN, Telecel, AT). Your order will only be scheduled for baking once our system confirms a successful transaction.
Delivery & Pickups
We deliver within specified zones in Accra and Kumasi. It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate digital address (Ghana Post GPS) or landmark. If our rider is unable to reach you after multiple attempts, the order will be returned to the kitchen, and a redelivery fee will apply.
Cancellations & Refunds
Because our products are made-to-order food items, we do not offer returns or exchanges once the product has left our kitchen. If there is a clear error on our part (wrong item delivered), please notify us within 1 hour of delivery for a resolution.
